Events at Seventh Son Brewing

The Event Room (Main Level):

Our event room located on the main level is available for private events daily. The space has a suggested 20 guest minimum/65 max. The room seats 48 guests at the tables proper, and closer to 55-60 including additional seating found throughout the room. The Sunroom (Second Floor):

The second floor sunroom is available for an array of special events. We most often host weddings, holiday parties, and corporate events upstairs. There is a suggested 75 guest minimum/150 guest maximum.

The rental fee and bar tab minimums depend on the date and time frame. Please note that rental fee pricing ranges from $1500-$5000, and there is a bar tab minimum requirement as well. Rental Fee Payment

Venmo is preferred for rental fees, but can also be paid with cash, card or check. State tax is added on all rental fees at checkout.

Event Room (Main Level): There is a 2 hour rental minimum on Monday-Thursday and a 1 hour setup time is included, but there is not time allotted for cleanup/clear-out on the back end. There is a 3 hour rental minimum Friday-Sunday and a 1 hour setup time is included, but there is not time allotted for cleanup/clear-out on the back end.

Drinks

No outside beverages of any kind are permitted. There is a water station in the room that our bar staff will keep full during your event. Seventh Son does not provide a private bar/servers for events. Guests will order all beverages at the bar. We do not require a bar tab minimum for the main level event space. You can start a group tab for your guests, and Monica and our bartenders can help you navigate your options. We have drink tickets or wristbands available upon request if you would like to use one of those systems. Although craft beer is our focus, Seventh Son does have a full bar including liquor, craft cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic options.

Food

Outside food is permitted, however, if your event is in the main level event room we also suggest working with one of our excellent regularly scheduled food trucks. Seventh Son does not have a kitchen, prep space or catering staff. If you are bringing in outside catering we encourage them to contact us and/or visit our space so they can plan accordingly if necessary. Guests are responsible for set up, clean up, plates, utensils, etc.

Parking, Music, etc.

Parking is available in our parking lot, and just south of us in the Fox in the Snow lot (after 5pm only). Guests are not permitted to bring their own Music/DJ/Karaoke in the event room. In the Rooftop/second floor, music is limited to DJ’s or acoustic performances, or our sound system only. Decorating the space for your event is allowed and encouraged, however, tape on our walls and glitter/confetti are not permitted.

Seventh Son is a production brewery and we have brewing apparatus located in the main level event room. We are constantly evolving all of our spaces and slight changes in our layout will occur over time. We will inform you if any changes occur that could effect capacity or interfere with your event.
